Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Returns

Kembri accepts change-of-mind returns requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in resellable condition. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

How to Return

Email kembri.help@outlook.com with your order number. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us. We will provide a repair, replacement or refund as required by applicable consumer laws, including reasonable return shipping costs where required.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to process them within 10 business days of approval.

Cancellations

Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch.
